ASHE Region 10 E2C

 

ASHE and its Region 10 affiliated chapters, with support from NEEA's BetterBricks initiative and local utilities challenge the health care community to reduce energy, save costs, and position hospitals and medical office buildings for the future. We're looking to find the leaders that will benchmark and invest in low cost/no cost energy efficiency opportunities to reduce energy consumption as a region by 10% in 2011.
 

By participating in ASHE Region 10 E2C, you are joining your peers in a precedent-setting, cost-saving commitment to save energy, reduce costs, and protect the environment. This community building initiative includes the opportunity for the region to work together to reduce energy consumption.

How the competition works

Participants will be asked to benchmark their energy use with data beginning January 2010 utilizing the ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager tool. BetterBricks will work with state society chapters to deliver webinars, technical training and hotline support to assist you as you benchmark your facility.

Training in low cost/no cost will help you to tune-up your building as you best see fit. Recognition will happen throughout the program and include opportunities for you and your team to (more here)
