Several software tools are available to help you with Utility Bill Tracking, Benchmarking, and Trend Logging. Local electric and gas utilities offer some of these tools to their customers, in many cases at no charge. The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) offers a free tool. Other tools are available for a fee from commercial software developers.
